*Dial up speeds vary greatly depending on the provider, your
telephone company, and the quality of phone wiring in and around
your home. These estimates are based on a typical 45 Kbps half-duplex
connection such as the ones used by AOL, Earthlink, and most
other dial up ISP's. Customers in rural areas may even experience much slower dial up speeds, as low as 20Kbps.

- The Most Important Note: ALWAYS BE NICE! We will deactivate the account that is rude to our employee family. We will go out of our way to help you have the ultimate cyber experience and we will be nice too. Being rude does NOT expedite the solution but will cause immediate termination.
- Many customers computer systems are un-knowingly infected or
damaged by spyware, viruses, or old fashioned errors. This may
prevent us from successfully installing your service if the
symptoms are not fixed; accordingly this may be a neccessary fee
for us to complete the contract. This rate is discounted by 66%
from our store-front rates!
- Some installations will require the use of the 30FT push up
antenna pole. If you have an existing pole that we can mount the
equipment to, let us know, it can save you $75!
- Installation prices include mounting of radio and antenna hardware, running 50' of cat5 ethernet cable(around exterior of structure), and attaching one computer and router(if applicable). Additional computers, extra wire, running wire under the structure, computer repairs, extensive lessons, and most other extra unexpected work will result in a higher installation bill.
- We are a service provider like any other, your account will be charged monthly for your recurring charges. You must SPECIFICALLY request that your account be deactivated if you do not want to be billed or no longer need service. Casual mention of vacation plans or travel schedule is not considered a deactivation request. You must specifically convey when you want service turned off in plain English and with the intent for us to schedule said deactivation. We will not be held responsible for requests not submitted in person by phone or at our office. We do not monitor accounts for usage, nor do we arbitrarily turn off accounts that do not seem to get used. You are responsible for any charges brought upon your account for failure to follow this policy. Use of the service is considered agreement to this policy. Chargebacks brought upon the company for failure to cancel an account on time will be sent to collections and may be sent to the credit reporting agencies .
